Review Of Your Custom Report
Our building performance technicians inspect all of your home’s systems. They will check your home’s energy consumption and potential problem areas that contribute to poor indoor air quality, health, safety, comfort, and efficiency problems.
Our BPI certified engineering team performs a whole-home analysis with the gathered data and creates a customized report that includes the current performance of your home and corresponding BPI recommendations.
We will discuss BPI recommendations and solutions to maximize the efficiency,
health, and safety of your home. The recommended solutions will enable you to
take advantage of all current rebates, incentives, and clean energy programs, with the goal of making all improvements “at little or zero cost” through utility savings, rebates, incentives and clean energy programs available to you.

SMUD Home Performance Program
The SMUD Home Performance Program (HPP) is a whole-home approach that bundles energy-efficiency upgrades to deliver more savings, comfort, and rebate options.
As a SMUD Qualified Energy Contractor, Next Level Home Performance will walk you through the rebates available to you and help you build a custom energy upgrade plan to best suit your needs:
- Heating and Cooling Package − rebates up to $3,000
- Go-Electric Bonus Package − rebates up to $2,500
- Heat Pump Water Heaters − rebates up to $2,500
- Seal and Insulate Package − rebates up to $3,000
We also offer SMUD financing for your energy upgrade project.
