Our Story
[ FOUNDED IN 1999 ]
Over two decades of honing our skills as Builder/Contractors
Next Level Home Performance was founded in 1999 in Elk Grove California as Elk Grove Remodeling & Construction. Michael C. Newsom, our founder, worked more than two decades in the trades before assembling his team of in-house, dedicated professionals that today collectively offer the “Next Level Remodeling” experience.
Our History
Our first decade was spent designing and building custom homes and additions along with opening our kitchen and bathroom showroom located in Old Town Elk Grove.
Our second decade brought us a desire to become building performance professionals with an emphasis on energy efficiency strategies. We spent much of our time working directly with SMUD, Build it Green, and Energy Upgrade California to assist in implementing many of the rebate and energy efficiency programs available today through your utility companies.
