Our Story
Next Level Home Performance was founded in 1999 in Elk Grove, California as Elk Grove Remodeling & Construction. Founder Michael C. Newsom assembled a dedicated in-house team that now serves homeowners across Sacramento County, El Dorado County, and Placer County with the signature Next Level design-build experience.
Michael has more than 35 years of design/build expertise across custom homes, additions, ADUs, and performance upgrades. His credentials include seven CSLB licenses and decades of hands-on whole-home performance experience that guide each project in communities like Roseville, Rancho Cordova, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, and Placerville.
