Michael personally visits every project site to provide direction and supervision to his highly skilled field personnel and proven trade partners.

Michael has developed strong, long-term relationships with Sacramento’s best trade professionals and wholesale suppliers, ensuring the highest quality service and materials for all Next Level remodeling projects.

Understanding the evolution of the design/build process, Michael’s practices afford flexibility and highlight his astute ability to “design on the fly.”

Michael has more than 35 years of design/build experience in all areas of residential remodeling and home construction. During Michael’s contracting tenure he has achieved 7 CSLB licenses, (2) BPI Building Performance Institute certifications (Building Analyst and Professional) and a private pilot’s license.
