Michael personally visits every project site to provide direction and supervision to his highly skilled field personnel and proven trade partners.

Michael has developed strong, long‑term relationships with Sacramento’s best trade professionals and wholesale suppliers, ensuring the highest quality service and materials for all Next Level remodeling projects.

Understanding the evolution of the design/build process, Michael’s practices afford flexibility and highlight his astute ability to “design on the fly.”

Michael has more than 35 years of design/build experience in all areas of residential remodeling and home construction. During Michael’s contracting tenure he has achieved 7 CSLB licenses, (2) BPI Building Performance Institute certifications (Building Analyst and Professional) and a private pilot’s license.
